“Put ‘em back!” This short one was made as a test to see how horrible my rotoscoping skills are. Just kidding. In all honesty, I wanted to test out some new things learned over at FXPHD. Anybody interested in learning visual effects and post should take a glance, FXPHD.com
his was something we shot in about an hour and then I spent two days editing. Not much of a story and the end is pretty fake but so what? We wanted to test the dolly I built with my dad a couple weekends ago. (http://www.vimeo.com/1494333) Music by: The Dark Knight soundtrack
My dad and I built a dolly last weekend based on the instructions found at indymogul.com with some minor changes. Here’s the test footage…

Here’s another slo motion test using After Effects pixel motion. We’re thinking of using this technique in a short video very soon. Stay tuned!

This is a test for a zombie idea I have. I started to make an opening title sequence much like the one in Zach Snyder’s Dawn of the Dead and this is what I came up with so far. I plan on replacing some of the footage already in here with actual footage from the movie once it’s done. Right now I’ve simply inserted shots of an earlier movie I made, and...
Here’s a very rough test of an effect I want to use for a Nine Inch Nails short film contest. The basic idea is someone looking through & rearranging a handful of pictures. But, instead of seeing pictures, we’ll see various clips of video, like this :)

This will most likely be the final piece in my Florida Diaries series. Yes, it was a short ride, but also a good one. I hope you enjoyed. Music By: Explosions In The Sky
I found this curious little creature quite interesting. He seemed a little lost. Or maybe he was just enjoying the weather like me. Music by: Amiina
I was lucky enough to witness God playing in the grass while I was on vacation in Florida. Music by: Explosions In The Sky NOTE: The compression on this looks awful. My guess is it’s because the video is sped up and there is lots of motion going on. It’s a shame, I really like this video :(
One last memory before I head off to Florida. I saw this on my way to work one morning. Music by: Amiina
A night of fun turns into a disaster…well…for me anyways.
Okay gang check this out. Inspired by fellow vimeo user Ayz Waraich, I started working on a series which is untitled at the moment. I wanted to document the little moments that seem trivial in my life into a “memory bank” series. Music by: The Album Leaf
This is an effect I’ve been wanting to try for a while. It’s when the footage is slowed down to half speed but matches up with the audio perfectly. It’s a subtle effect but very cool if you ask me. Diced up in Final Cut / Depth of field and color correction in After effects. Final Render done in After effects. Music by: 311

The second installment in my time lapse series.
“Mr. Berringer” follows our rogue-hero Bruce Berringer days after his love interest, Brenda Bennet, and a very important cell phone have been kidnapped/stolen by the ruthless Barabus Blakeslee. Bruce wants his girl back, the FBI want their phone back, and Blakeslee wants “the merchandise” that the FBI and Bruce can provide.
A fake Nike ad/motion graphic I made the other night for my reel.
